DayBornBook

Privacy Policy

DayBornBook does not require an account and the birthday decoder tool runs entirely in your browser — the date you enter is never sent to our servers.

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic patterns; neither identifies you personally. Vercel's analytics works without cookies, while Google Analytics sets cookies to tell one visit from another. If you sign up for our newsletter, your email is stored with our email provider (Brevo) solely to send that newsletter, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Advertising

Some pages show display ads from Google AdSense, which help cover the cost of running the almanac. Google and its partners use cookies to serve and measure those ads, and the ads can be personalised according to your earlier visits here and on other websites, depending on your ad settings. Visitors in the EEA or the UK are asked by Google to consent before any personalised-ad cookie is stored, and can revisit that choice at any time.

What a birthday, birthstone or birth-flower page says is never shaped by advertising: no date entry is sponsored, and advertisers do not see pages before they are published. The birthstone and birth-flower pages also carry Amazon affiliate links, explained in our affiliate disclosure.

You can see why an ad was shown, or turn off ad personalisation, at Google My Ad Center, and opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at aboutads.info. Google explains how it uses advertising cookies in its advertising policy.

Payment processing (for the paid birthday book and donations) is handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
